On the one hand, it is maintained, the Consiglio is progressively developed a better understanding and awareness about the relevance of the organizational issues for the proper functioning of the Judicial. On the other, however, the lack of concrete measures aimed at supporting Court Managers in the achievement of the organizational goals stated in the "Circolari" risks to hinder (if not altogether stop) the process of organizational change.
The goal of the initiative was to provide Court Leaders and decision-makers with information about how to proficiently evaluate and improve the performances of their structures. The Core Competency Curriculum Guidelines is here translated into Italian. Aim of the tranlation is to provide new contributions in the ongoing debate about Court Management, the definition of shared professional standards and the evaluation of Court performances.
